| Thank you for reviewing the Consumer Say Panel Privacy Policy. Your privacy is important to us, and we would like to share with you how we collect, protect and use information you provide to us. Lightspeed Research, Inc. or its successors (collectively, the "Company" or "we") may have a number of privacy policies that apply to different parts of our business. This policy relates to your relationship with the Company in connection with the Consumer Say Panel ("CSP"). |
| 1 | What Personal and Aggregate information will CSP collect from me? |
| | When you register with the CSP, you will be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information about yourself ("Personal Information"), such as your name, physical address, and phone number, and an email address for CSP Support. Additional personally identifiable demographic and behavioral information may be collected through surveys you will be invited to take, including the registration survey. Beyond this, we ask you to register your personal account information for bank, credit card, and brokerage accounts as well as for phone, cable, and/or satellite bills and frequent traveler rewards programs. Registering these accounts authorizes secure collection of monthly information from those accounts for anonymous research purposes only. This use is described in the answer to Question 2 below. You are only giving permission to collect information about you. You are not giving any authorization to manipulate or control your credit card account, your bank account, or any other accounts you register. |
| | As with most online enterprises, we may also collect non-personally identifiable information about your use of the Internet. |
| | Also, we may aggregate any information collected from or about you in a manner which does not personally identify you ("Aggregate Information"). |
| 2 | How will collected Personal and Aggregate Information be used by CSP? |
| | (a) What will CSP do with your collected Personal and Aggregate Information?
We may use Personal Information to periodically contact you regarding your participation in the CSP or in CSP activities. Aggregate Information may be shared with third parties and used by the Company to create new material, including research reports, in any manner, at the Company's sole discretion. |
| | (b) How will collected Personal and Aggregate information be shared? |

| | (c)Information Security
We understand the need for our panelists' personal information to be secure and private, and we have implemented commercially reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to help protect our panelists' Personal Information. However, despite taking reasonable efforts, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, there can be no guaranty that any information will be completely secure from unauthorized access and by participating in the CSP, you assume such risk. |
| | (d)Your Passwords
Your CSP password is encrypted and CSP employees do not have access to your password. Should you forget your CSP password yet wish to register more accounts with the panel, you will need to re-register for access to the Account Registration process, unless you have enabled the automated password reset feature. The automated password reset feature prompts you with a series of questions, which, when answered correctly, allows the service to send you a temporary pass-token to your email address. You will then be able to re-enter the Account Registration process by providing the answer to one of your password reset questions, combined with this token, as your temporary password. |
